在台灣經營保險代理業務的Benchmark Assets Management Consulting Ltd.現入稟高院，呈請其前代理Goldyard Financial Services Ltd.（前稱AB Financial Services Ltd.）清盤；高院去年九月判Goldyard須向Benchmark繳付約1,400萬元的保險佣金。
